Never. Hello Yiwu charges only an annual subscription fee. We take zero commission on any deals, orders, or payments you make through the platform.
How do I pay after my trial ends? ▾
You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your trial ends. Payment is accepted via Alipay or WeChat Pay only. After paying, your account is instantly upgraded.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade anytime and the difference will be applied on your next billing date. Downgrading is allowed at renewal time.
What happens if I don't renew? ▾
Your listings will be hidden from buyers after a 3-day grace period. Your data is never deleted — you can reactivate anytime by renewing.
