Service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting), and Anthropic (AI invoice analysis). Each handles data under their own privacy policies.
Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring each user can only access their own data. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

Uploaded files (photos, documents) are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. Business licence and verification documents are only accessible to platform administrators.

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
