Welcome to Hello Yiwu. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Hello Yiwu platform.

0. Public Beta

Hello Yiwu is currently in public beta. The platform is under active development: features may change, be added, or be temporarily unavailable, and you may encounter errors. We provide the service on an "as is" basis during this period and recommend you verify important information — supplier details, pricing, product specifications and shipping terms — directly with the other party before entering into any transaction. Hello Yiwu is a platform that connects buyers with suppliers and sourcing agents; we are not a party to the contracts you make with them.

1. The Platform

Hello Yiwu is a B2B wholesale sourcing platform that connects global buyers with verified suppliers and sourcing agents in Yiwu Futian Market, China. We provide tools for product discovery, supplier communication, sourcing request management, and AI-powered invoice analysis.

    Important: Hello Yiwu is a marketplace and communication platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers, suppliers, or agents. We do not process orders, handle payments between parties, or guarantee the quality of any products or services.
  

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or business.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Supplier and Agent Rules

Suppliers and agents must provide legitimate, accurate business information during verification.
Fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Suppliers may not list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products.
Diamond suppliers may initiate up to 10 new buyer contacts per day for free. Additional contacts cost ¥100 RMB each, payable via Alipay or WeChat Pay before the conversation is created.
Gold and Platinum suppliers may only reply to buyers who contact them first.

4. Subscription and Payments

During the public beta, new suppliers receive a free 180-day Gold plan trial and new agents a free 180-day Featured trial. No subscription fees are being collected during the beta period.
After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription: Gold ¥1,888/yr, Platinum ¥3,888/yr, Diamond ¥5,888/yr for suppliers; Basic ¥988/yr, Featured ¥1,988/yr for agents.
All payments are processed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via Alipay or WeChat Pay only.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Hello Yiwu does not charge commissions on transactions between buyers and suppliers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorisation.
Post spam, misleading, or duplicate content.
Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without written permission.
Circumvent platform fees by taking conversations off-platform after making initial contact through Hello Yiwu.

6. Messaging Rules

All buyer-supplier communication must remain within the Hello Yiwu messaging system during the sourcing process.
Hello Yiwu monitors message metadata (not content) to enforce platform rules and prevent fraud.
Sharing personal contact details (phone, WeChat, email) in initial messages before a business relationship is established is discouraged but not prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, documents). By uploading content, you grant Hello Yiwu a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of connecting you with buyers or suppliers.

The Hello Yiwu brand, design, software, and original content are owned by Hello Yiwu Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Hello Yiwu provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the accuracy of supplier listings, product quality, or agent performance. We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions conducted through or facilitated by the platform.

Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the subscription fees paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@helloyiwu.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province.
